Page 2. BEFORE WE SHIP What we check before shipment 1 First-article layoutCompare the manufactured weave with the current drawing. 2 Weave detailReview spiral arrangement and connecting rods. 3 Wire section ARecord the first wire-section dimension. 4 Wire section BRecord the second dimension independently. 5 Rod diameterMeasure the rod diameter specified for this project. 6 Rod pitchCheck rod spacing against the current drawing revision. 7 Overall widthRecord the agreed width before shipment. 8 Finished structureReview the completed weave and edge configuration. 9 Before packingDocument the finished roll and agree its protection. Project inspection records. These photographs illustrate checks on manufactured belts. Inspection acceptance follows the approved drawing and project requirements.

Page 3. WHAT BUYERS ASK Five questions answered by actual order records One project, shown through drawings and manufacturing photographs. Buyer question What this casebook shows Pages Is the project configuration identifiable? A revised drawing and first-article record. 5 How is the shaped wire specified? Two separate wire-section measurements. 6 Are the rods and pitches checked? Measured structural details from the same project. 7 Can I review the manufactured width? A shipment width check and finished-belt view. 8 What should I send for selection? Drawing or sample, dimensions and operating conditions. 9–10 Quality checks: page 2. Our manufacturing process: page 4. Project records follow.

Page 4. OUR PROCESS From drawing review to inspection and packing Our order controls. The following cases show the available project records. # Stage What we do What you receive or approve 1 Project review Review drawings, application and equipment interfaces. Questions to confirm 2 Specification Confirm dimensions, material and supply scope. Agreed specification 3 Drawing approval Use the approved drawing revision for manufacture. Your drawing approval 4 Trial and first article Trial production, then first-article confirmation. First-article records 5 Production Manufacture to the approved drawing and first article. Production records 6 Final inspection 100% final inspection before packaging. Agreed inspection records 7 Inner protection Apply protection appropriate to the material and order. Packing requirements 8 Outer packing Check the package, identification and dispatch documents. Packing and dispatch records For formal replacement: physical old belt, available drawings and equipment details, followed by remeasurement and structural review.

Page 5. ONE PROJECT · DRAWING REVISION A 900 mm compound-weave belt with a revised drawing The buyer's check: a dense weave still needs an identifiable specification. What we made Revision 02 of this project drawing specifies a 900 mm overall width, SUS430 material and welded edges. The records include the first article and the manufactured belt before shipment. First-article belt layout Manufactured belt in the shipment records How you can check: use the current project drawing as the reference; these values are specific to this order.

Page 6. FIRST ARTICLE · WIRE SECTION The two wire-section dimensions are measured separately The buyer's check: one diameter value does not describe a shaped wire section. What we checked The drawing specifies a 1.8 mm by 1.25 mm spiral-wire section. Separate first-article photographs record the two measured directions. Measurement across one wire-section dimension Measurement across the second wire-section dimension How you can check: identify both wire-section dimensions and the measurement direction on your drawing.

Page 7. FIRST ARTICLE · ROD AND PITCH Cross-rod diameter and rod pitch have their own records The buyer's check: a close-looking weave does not establish the internal geometry. What we checked This drawing specifies 2 mm cross rods and 3.5 mm rod pitch. The first-article set records both features. Cross-rod diameter measurement Rod-pitch measurement How you can check: agree the weave, rod and pitch inspection points before production.

Page 8. SHIPMENT · FINISHED BELT The manufactured width is documented before dispatch The buyer's check: the finished belt must remain linked to the approved configuration. What we recorded The shipment photo set includes the 900 mm width measurement and a view of the completed belt roll. These document manufacturing evidence for this project. Overall-width measurement in the shipment records Finished belt roll from the same project How you can check: request the finished-belt measurements and material documents needed for your own application.

Page 9. YOUR NEXT PROJECT The records your team can review before ordering Different decision-makers need different evidence from the same project.
