Page 3. QUESTION 1 Are you a factory or a trader? Why it matters: a trader cannot control quality or lead time. A good answer names the processes made in-house — and the ones that are not. Our answer Made in our factory: wire drawing, round-bar drawing, forming, assembly, welding (9 robots), straightening, inspection. Sourced and checked by us: some chains, sprockets, pickling, electropolishing, heat treatment, wooden cases. Our 27,000 m² site in Ningjin, Shandong Spiral forming in our workshop (faces blurred) How you can check: see Factory Capability, or book a video tour of the workshop.
Page 4. QUESTION 2 Can I check your factory without travelling? Why it matters: photos on a website are easy to copy. A good supplier lets you see the factory live. Our answer Book a live video tour of the workshop. We usually reply to questions within 8 working hours (our usual practice, not a contractual deadline), and send photos of your own order at each step as agreed. Our reception (faces blurred) The office team who answers you (faces blurred) How you can check: send a message on WhatsApp +86 134 5177 3742 to book a video tour.
Page 5. QUESTION 3 Is the material really 304 / 316? Why it matters: material is the hardest thing to check on arrival. A good answer is a test on every batch, not a promise. Our answer Every incoming batch: steel mill documents, material verification, spectral analysis and hardness testing. Tensile testing is also used. Spectral analysis Hardness tester Wire diameter check How you can check: ask for the mill documents of the material used in your order.
Page 6. QUESTION 4 What do you need from me for a quotation? Why it matters: a supplier who quotes without questions is guessing. A good supplier asks for the right details once. Our answer Application, width and length (mm / in), material, structure, drive and quantity. If you have them: a drawing, a short piece of the old belt, photos of the sprockets and equipment. We reply with written questions for anything missing. A buyer's photo of the sprocket A buyer's worn belt, sent for measuring How you can check: send what you have; the checklist is on the back page.
Page 7. QUESTION 5 Will the new belt fit my equipment? Why it matters: a worn belt is not the original design, and a photo hides the details. A good answer is a drawing you approve. Our answer We measure your old belt or sample, draw it, and you approve the drawing before anything is made. For replacements we photograph the new section beside your old belt. Our drawing for a replacement belt New section beside the buyer's original belt How you can check: see Your Belt Order, Step by Step, pages 5–7 and 14.
Page 8. QUESTION 6 Will the batch match the sample? Why it matters: this is the most common complaint about new suppliers. A good answer is a first article you can see before mass production. Our answer Trial production, then the first section is measured against your drawing. Mass production starts only after you confirm it. Repeat orders are made to the same approved drawing. Pitch on the first article Link on the first article Batch code stamped for traceability How you can check: ask for the first-article photos before mass production starts.
Page 9. QUESTION 7 What do you check before shipment? Why it matters: problems found on site cost far more than problems found in the factory. Our answer 100% final inspection before packing: pitch, width, length, flatness, welds, edges, cleanliness, appearance. Drum test on every spiral, self-stacking and side driven order. A full check — not a promise of zero defects. Width Drum test Edges and welds How you can check: ask for final-inspection and drum-test photos of your belt.
Page 10. QUESTION 8 Will it arrive undamaged and rust-free? Why it matters: a long sea route can bend plates and rust carbon steel. Our answer Film and wrapping inside; export wooden cases outside (15 mm / 0.59 in panels, ISPM15 frame); steel reinforcement on cases 3,800 mm (149.6 in) or wider; anti-rust oil on carbon steel. Inner: film-lined case Outer: export wooden case How you can check: packing photos are sent before shipment.
Page 11. QUESTION 9 Which trade terms and documents do you offer? Why it matters: unclear terms turn into surprise costs at the port. Trade terms EXW, FOB or CIF, written on the PI. Transport Sea, air, rail (including China–Europe rail) or courier. Documents Packing list and invoice; certificate of origin available. Not included Import duties and HS codes are confirmed by your customs broker. Cases loaded for shipment (labels blurred) How you can check: tell us your port and preferred trade term with your enquiry.
Page 12. QUESTION 10 Why do prices and lead times change? Why it matters: a fixed promise that is broken is worse than an honest range. Item How it works Quotation validity Usually 15 days. Stainless steel prices can move sharply; then we quote again. Lead time Confirmed for your order by product, specification, quantity and production schedule. Minimum order Belts usually from about 10 m, confirmed for each project. Capacity About 200,000 m of belt per year. Capacity is not a lead time. How you can check: ask for the lead time of your order in writing with the quotation.
Page 13. QUESTION 11 How do I pay safely? Why it matters: first orders with a new supplier carry payment risk. Terms T/T is common. Customized orders usually need a 30% deposit. Before shipment Every belt passes the 100% final inspection before it is shipped. In writing Payment terms are written on the PI before you pay. Before you pay If anything about payment looks different from the PI, call or WhatsApp us on +86 134 5177 3742 first. Ningjin Yiyi Mesh Belt Co., Ltd., Ningjin, Shandong How you can check: the legal entity on the PI is Ningjin Yiyi Mesh Belt Co., Ltd.
Page 14. QUESTION 12 Will you keep my drawing confidential? Why it matters: OEM drawings carry your design work. Our answer Your approved drawing is the technical basis of your order. Confidential Your drawings are kept confidential. They are used only for your orders and are not given to anyone else. Agreement For customized projects we can sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA). One of our belt drawings How you can check: tell us with your enquiry if your project needs an NDA.
Page 15. QUESTION 13 What happens if something goes wrong? Why it matters: the real test of a supplier is after the belt arrives. # Step What happens 1 You report it Order number, photos and videos. We reply as soon as we see your message, within 8 working hours. 2 We review it Production and quality records of your order are checked. 3 Cause and responsibility Explained from the records — not by assumption. 4 Solution Agreed with you for the specific case. 5 Prevention The cause is recorded and the next order is checked against it. How you can check: the one-working-day reply is our usual practice, not a contractual deadline.
Page 16. QUESTION 14 Can you support my compliance paperwork? Why it matters: audits and imports need documents, not claims. Quality system ISO 9001:2015, certificate 04625Q15267R0S, valid to 2028-10-15. A system certificate, not a product certificate. Origin Certificate of origin available. Solar 6,000 m² solar installation area. We do not claim a carbon-neutral factory. Other documents Tell us what your import or audit needs; we confirm what we can provide. Export cases ready to ship How you can check: ask for a copy of the ISO certificate and check the number with the issuing body.
