Page 2. BEFORE WE SHIP What we check before shipment 1 Clean and dryInspect for moisture and residue before packing. 2 Temporary tagsRemove temporary production tags from the belt before packing. 3 Edge configurationConfirm the required edge form in the approved drawing. 4 Wire pitchMeasure the specified pitch for each configuration. 5 Overall widthRecord the width using the agreed reference. 6 Wire diameterCheck wire diameter separately from pitch. 7 Spaces across widthCompare the space count and layout with the drawing. 8 Variant separationMatch each belt variant to its own specification. 9 Finished configurationReview the finished geometry before packing. 1–2: quality reference examples. 3–9: project inspection records. Reference examples show inspection topics, not defects attributed to the projects in this book.

Page 3. WHAT BUYERS ASK Five questions answered by actual order records 3 projects, shown through drawings and manufacturing photographs. Buyer question What this casebook shows Pages Can equal widths have different constructions? Two 1,016 mm belts with different pitch and wire. 5–6 How is a narrow belt documented? A 320 mm configuration and measured checks. 7–8 Can several variants be made in one project? Five drawings for five identified configurations. 9 How are similar variants distinguished? Different wire and pitch at the same width. 10–11 What inputs are needed? Width, pitch, wire, spaces, edges and drive information. 12–13 Quality checks: page 2. Our manufacturing process: page 4. Project records follow.

Page 4. OUR PROCESS From drawing review to inspection and packing Our order controls. The following cases show the available project records. # Stage What we do What you receive or approve 1 Project review Review drawings, application and equipment interfaces. Questions to confirm 2 Specification Confirm dimensions, material and supply scope. Agreed specification 3 Drawing approval Use the approved drawing revision for manufacture. Your drawing approval 4 Trial and first article Trial production, then first-article confirmation. First-article records 5 Production Manufacture to the approved drawing and first article. Production records 6 Final inspection 100% final inspection before packaging. Agreed inspection records 7 Inner protection Apply protection appropriate to the material and order. Packing requirements 8 Outer packing Check the package, identification and dispatch documents. Packing and dispatch records For formal replacement: physical old belt, available drawings and equipment details, followed by remeasurement and structural review.

Page 5. PROJECT 1 · SAME WIDTH Two 1,016 mm belts with different constructions The buyer's check: overall width does not identify the complete belt. What we made The project has two drawings at 1,016 mm overall width. One specifies 7.26 mm wire pitch and 1.6 mm wire; the other specifies 9.6 mm pitch and 2 mm wire. Manufactured belt corresponding to the first configuration The second configuration in the same order How you can check: confirm pitch, wire diameter, spaces and edge geometry as well as width.

Page 6. PROJECT 1 · DIFFERENT PITCHES The two pitch values are checked separately The buyer's check: similar-looking belts may engage the drive differently. What we checked The shipment photographs record the 7.26 mm and 9.6 mm wire pitches specified by the two drawings. Wire-pitch check for the 7.26 mm variant Wire-pitch check for the 9.6 mm variant How you can check: keep each inspection photograph linked to its specific variant.

Page 7. PROJECT 2 · NARROW BELT A 320 mm belt with five spaces across the width The buyer's check: a narrow replacement still needs a complete structural description. What we made The drawing specifies a SUS304 belt, 320 mm overall width, five spaces and a single-loop edge. The photo record shows the finished belt and width check. Finished belt before packing Overall-width measurement How you can check: send the old belt or a drawing that shows the spaces and edge construction.

Page 8. PROJECT 2 · WIRE AND PITCH Fine wire and pitch receive separate measurements The buyer's check: wire diameter and pitch are not interchangeable values. What we checked The same drawing specifies 1 mm wire and 6 mm pitch. Both dimensions appear in the shipment inspection photographs. Wire-diameter measurement Wire-pitch measurement How you can check: check both values against the drawing and the equipment drive.

Page 9. PROJECT 3 · FIVE VARIANTS Five configurations controlled within one project The buyer's check: a multi-belt order needs more than a shared product name. What we made Five drawings identify widths of 686, 660, 660, 642 and 623 mm. The two 660 mm belts differ in pitch, wire diameter and space count. The project photographs document the individual configurations. One manufactured variant in the five-configuration order Another variant in the same project How you can check: give every variant its own drawing reference and inspection record.

Page 10. PROJECT 3 · SAME WIDTH, DIFFERENT WIRE The two 660 mm variants use different wire diameters The buyer's check: equal width does not mean two belts can be interchanged. What we checked The two 660 mm drawings specify 2 mm wire with 9.6 mm pitch, and 2.35 mm wire with 12.7 mm pitch. The photographs record the two wire measurements. Wire measurement for the 2 mm configuration Wire measurement for the 2.35 mm configuration How you can check: verify wire, pitch, space count and edge details before treating variants as equivalent.

Page 11. PROJECT 3 · FINISHED CONFIGURATIONS Narrower variants also retain their own checks The buyer's check: one inspection image cannot stand in for a complete multi-variant order. What we recorded The project also specifies 642 mm and 623 mm belts with 1.6 mm wire and 7.26 mm pitch. Their width checks remain identifiable in the shipment photo set. Width measurement for the 642 mm variant Width measurement for the 623 mm variant How you can check: review the full list of variants before authorising dispatch.

Page 12. YOUR NEXT PROJECT The records your team can review before ordering Different decision-makers need different evidence from the same project. Review role What to confirm for your order Next step Your maintenance team Confirm width, belt geometry and existing equipment. Drawing review Your equipment designer Review the belt and its drive interface together. Interface review Your quality team Agree inspection points, tolerances and required material documents. Evidence agreed Your purchasing team Confirm variants, lengths and delivery requirements per order. Order review Your distributor or service team Link every photo and drawing to the correct belt variant. Clear handover Next step: send drawings and equipment details. Photos support preliminary review.
