Yes. We regularly match belts from all major IQF, tunnel oven, spiral cooler, and general conveyor OEM platforms. The belt specification is physical - it is defined by wire diameter, pitch, and weave pattern, not by who originally manufactured it. As long as the belt is a standard metal spiral, eye link, flat wire, or weave construction, we can match it from photos.

For standard belt constructions - spiral freezer, eye link, self-stacking, flat wire - photo identification is accurate for belt type, approximate pitch, and edge treatment. Wire diameter is estimated from photos and confirmed by physical measurement or sample review before full production. We never proceed to production without confirmed specifications.

If the sample does not fit correctly - wrong pitch, width, or drum engagement - we adjust the specification before production. The matching service does not end until the specification is confirmed for your system.

Yes. Even heavily worn belts retain enough structural detail for identification. The spiral weave pattern, rod spacing, and wire diameter are visible even on belts at end-of-life. If the belt is too deformed for photo identification, a physical 30cm section sent to our factory allows direct measurement regardless of surface condition.

Specification review starts from your photos and measurements. Sample production, when required, usually takes 7-10 working days. Your test-fit may take 1-2 working days. Full production: 15-25 working days. Air freight delivery: 3-7 days depending on destination. Total from first photo to belt installed depends on confirmation speed and logistics.
