Page 3. WHAT BUYERS ASK Five packing questions — and where we answer them Every answer is a photo from a real shipment or a rule we follow on every order. Page 4. CASE TYPES Two kinds of wooden case — you choose Your concern: a case held at the port because of wood-packaging rules. Plywood case Fumigation-free: processed plywood panels, 15 mm (0.59 in); no fumigation certificate needed. Solid wood case Heat-treated / fumigated to ISPM 15 and stamped with the IPPC mark, for countries or customers that ask for solid wood. Large cases 3,800 mm (149.6 in) wide or more get steel reinforcement. Page 5. INSIDE THE CASE Clean and dry before it goes in Your concern: dirt, moisture or rust when you open the case. Rule Every belt is cleaned and dried after final inspection. Stainless steel goes in clean and dry; carbon steel gets a thin, even anti-rust oil film. Page 6. INSIDE THE CASE A clean waterproof film lines every case Your concern: sea air and condensation on a long voyage. How The case is lined with clean waterproof film; the belt is wrapped and the film is folded over before the lid is closed. How Long and wide belts are rolled on a galvanized tube core so the roll keeps its shape, then wrapped and cased. Rule Cases and labels carry no logo and no Chinese text. The shipping mark shows only the order reference, the series number and the case number.
