Page 3. WHAT BUYERS ASK The five questions buyers ask first Each answer in this file is a photo, a drawing or a measured value from a real order. Buyer question What we show you Pages Will it fit my existing sprockets and drum? Your sprockets and drum are the reference; the drum test and the belt on the sprocket. 6, 10, 18 Will the new belt match my old one? New section laid beside the original; link and pitch compared. 8, 9 Will the batch match the approved sample? Trial rounds, measured values and mass-production checks. 9, 11 What is checked before shipment? Nine finishing checks and a final inspection of the belt. 2, 12 Will it arrive undamaged? Inner and outer packing, and the cases on arrival. 13, 14 How you can check: ask for the same photos and values for your own order before it ships.
Page 4. Page 5. PROJECT 1 Thailand, Asia: a new belt for an existing bakery spiral The buyer's task: replace a worn belt without changing the sprockets or the drum. REPLACEMENT PROJECT Buyer Bakery, end user, spiral line already in production. Belt Overall width 942 mm (37.09 in), useful width 830 mm (32.68 in); rod pitch 31.75 mm (1.25 in); rod 6 mm (0.24 in); link 2.5 mm (0.10 in); side guard 40 × 55 mm (1.57 × 2.17 in). Material Rods and links SUS304; mesh and side guards in low-temperature-resistant POM, as on the original belt; electropolished. Quantity 440 m (1,444 ft), by sea. Original belt in use on the buyer's spiral Worn section of the original belt
Page 6. PROJECT 1 · YOUR INPUT We start from what is already on your line The buyer's concern: a new belt that does not fit the sprockets and drum already installed. What the buyer sent Photos of the existing sprockets, the original belt on a sprocket, and a sketch of the drum: 4,860 mm (191.34 in) across with a 940 mm (37.01 in) belt. Buyer's existing sprocket Original belt on the existing sprocket Buyer's drum sketch How you can check: send photos of your sprockets, your old belt on the sprocket and your drum size; they become our reference.
Page 7. PROJECT 1 · OUR DRAWING Our drawing, made to the original belt The buyer's concern: values that are guessed instead of measured. Measured Links, rods and side guards of the original belt; link tooling made from the original chain. Drawn Overall and useful width, rod pitch, rod, link thickness and side guard size. Approved The buyer approved the drawing before the first trial. A later change went into revision 02. Our side driven belt drawing for this project How you can check: ask for our drawing of your belt before any production starts.
Page 8. PROJECT 1 · NEW BESIDE OLD The new section laid beside the original The buyer's concern: a link that looks the same but does not match the original pitch. What we did Made a trial section and laid it beside the buyer's original belt: links, rod pitch and side guards compared side by side. New section (dark blue) above the original sections (light blue) New links in line with the original links How you can check: send a short section of your old belt; we photograph the new section beside it before production.
Page 9. PROJECT 1 · TRIAL AND SAMPLE Three trial rounds, two sample inspections, then approval The buyer's concern: a sample that passes, then a batch that does not. Item (inspection values) Required Measured Tool Rod pitch 31.75 mm ±0.02 31.75 mm Vernier caliper Rod diameter 6 mm ±0.02 5.99 mm Vernier caliper Link thickness 2.5 mm ±0.02 2.51 mm Vernier caliper Link height 16 mm ±0.02 15.98 mm Vernier caliper Side guard width 40 mm ±1 40.43 mm Vernier caliper Side guard height 55 mm ±1 54.82 mm Vernier caliper Useful width 830 mm 830 mm Tape measure Overall width 942 mm +3/−4 942 mm Tape measure Weld points Good Pass Visual check Trial section after improvement How you can check: after the first sample inspection the buyer asked for a wider useful width; we improved it to 830 mm (32.68 in) in drawing revision 02.
Page 10. PROJECT 1 · DRUM TEST Drum test: measured, improved, approved The buyer's concern: a straight belt that does not turn the way the original does. What we did Laid the belt out at the turning diameter and measured it. After round 1 we improved the turn; the buyer approved round 2 for production. Belt laid out at the turning diameter Measuring the turn How you can check: every spiral, self-stacking and side driven belt order is drum-tested before shipment; ask for your photos.
Page 11. PROJECT 1 · MASS PRODUCTION Mass production checked against the approved sample The buyer's concern: the batch built differently from the sample. What we did Built to drawing revision 02. Rod pitch and dimensions measured again in production; welded joints checked and cleaned. Measuring in production Dimension check Welded link joint How you can check: we can share the assembly and welding steps used for your belt.
Page 12. PROJECT 1 · FINAL INSPECTION 100% final inspection before packing The buyer's concern: problems that only show up on site. Checked Dimensions, weld points, side guards and the electropolished finish along the full belt. Finished belt before packing Link side after finishing How you can check: ask for final-inspection photos of your belt before it is packed.
Page 13. PROJECT 1 · PACKING Inner and outer packing for a long sea route The buyer's concern: side guards or links damaged in transit. Inner Belt wrapped in film inside a film-lined case; belts with side guards are not laid flat. Outer Wooden case with steel edges and straps.
