Page 5. BEFORE YOU ORDER New equipment or a replacement belt? Your concern: is the process the same for a large project and a single replacement belt? OEM and distributor projects Your drawing → our drawing → trial production → first article → mass production. Replacement belts Your old belt or a short section, plus photos of the equipment → we measure it → our drawing for your approval. Both paths The same material checks, the same 100% final inspection. A drawing we made for a repeat order A worn section sent by a buyer for measuring
Page 6. BEFORE YOU ORDER What should I send for a quotation? Your concern: answering the same questions again and again. Always New equipment, replacement or spare; application; width and length (mm / in); material; structure; drive; quantity. If you have them A drawing, a short section of the old belt, photos of the sprockets and the equipment. Why it matters A worn belt is not the original design. We confirm the values with you on the drawing, not from a photo alone. A buyer's photo of the existing sprocket A buyer's photo of the belt in use How you can check: send what you have; we reply with written questions for anything that is missing.
Page 7. BEFORE PRODUCTION You approve the drawing before we make anything Your concern: the factory understands the belt differently from you. Our drawing Widths, pitch, wire and rod sizes, edges and attachments, in mm and in. Your approval The signed drawing and the confirmed PI are the technical basis of the order. What we do The first section is measured against your drawing: pitch, rods, links, edges. Mass production starts after you confirm it. Pitch Link Rod How you can check: first-article photos are sent to you before mass production starts.
Page 14. BEFORE MASS PRODUCTION For replacements: the new section beside your old belt Your concern: will the new belt match the old one already on your line? What we do When you send a section of the old belt, we lay the new section beside it and photograph them together. Page 15. BEFORE SHIPMENT Drum test and sprocket check Your concern: a belt that will not turn on your drum or run on your sprockets.
